India Delivery

Free delivery on all orders in India.

Note: Deliveries are made within working hours and will require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign. Two delivery attempts will be made.

Shipping of Products

Our team works diligently to ship orders in excellent condition, as quickly as possible.

The orders are usually processed and dispatched in 2-3 working days once the orders are placed.

For the safety of our customers and employees from COVID-19, our team focuses diligently on the sanitation check on every product.

Cancellations

For orders in India: you can cancel your order before they are processed and dispatched.

Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Returns and Refunds

Non-faulty Goods

If you want to return any goods this must be arranged and paid for by you. Goods must be returned within the cancellation period; this commences upon receipt of your item and ends 48 hours later. Sale items cannot be returned. We will not accept any returns for non-faulty items that have been used and tags removed.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that our goods are faulty, please log in to your account with www.ri2k.london to raise a return request or email us at www.ri2k.london. Please follow the instructions to return your item. If you have returned the goods to us within a reasonable amount of time and we agree that the goods are faulty we shall offer you a 90% refund to your account or a 110% store credit for your next purchase or a replacement (depending on stock availability).

All Goods

All returned items must have a Return number (RN). You may obtain a RN by logging into your account on www.ri2k.london and requesting a return. Alternatively, you can email us at cs@ri2k.london. This Return Number should be written on your original invoice and on the return shipping label. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. We request that all goods are returned within 7 days of the date of your request for a RN.

All goods which have been returned in line with the Return and Refunds policy will be credited to the original purchaser’s same account at 90% of original purchase price paid or a 110% store credit for your next purchase, including GST but excluding shipping charges unless the item is faulty.

Return of sale items are not free. You, the customer, are responsible for paying the postage for any return of sale items.

Refunds

At RI2K LONDON, we take returns. This needs to be informed within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.

  1. You may contact us via email at cs@ri2k.london for your return.
  2. We will look into the issue and respond to you within 2 working days.
  3. Please ensure that the product you return is unused and the original tags are intact. The return courier charges are borne by the customer.
  4. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
  5. You get a 110% store credit for your next purchase of your returned product cost or a 90% bank transfer for your returned product cost or a replacement (depending on stock availability).
  6. Return, refund, and cancellation depend on the type of Product or Service, as captured in the table below, and on Products being returned without damage/stains, with the appropriate label of RI2K LONDON still attached, and in the original packaging of the RI2K LONDON (“Right Condition”):

Return, Refund and exchange guidelines

  • Notify within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
  • We will accept the return, if the product is in the Right Condition
  • In case of exchange, it is subject to availability of stock / item.
  • In case of store credit, your account will be credited with 110% of your returned product cost for your next purchase.
  • In case you choose for a refund to your bank account then 90% would be credited of your returned product cost.
  1. If you return a Product that is not the correct product or in the Right Condition, we will not process the refund until the above criteria have been met.

Delays

Occasionally, the delivery of your order may be delayed. This can be for various reasons out of our control such as import delays or higher than anticipated demand. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed. Orders which have a different billing and shipping address may also be subject to delays whilst we perform additional credit checks.

RI2K LONDON will not be held responsible for delays and cancellations where the data supplied by the customer is incorrect or inadequate.
